Relay UK helps deaf, speech-impaired, and hearing people talk to each other over the phone using the relay service.
You can use the Relay UK app with your mobile, tablet or PC. Or just use Relay UK via your Minicom or Uniphone.
All you pay are your normal call charges. You pay nothing to use the service itself.

If you find it hard to read our letters or if you need someone to support you at your appointment, please let us know.
If you have difficulties hearing your name being called when attending surgery please let us know. We will add a note to your medical record so the doctor or nurse can come to the waiting room for you. Alternatively, we have the portable induction loop, if you would like to use this, please let reception know.
