Comments, Problems and Suggestions
Most concerns or issues can be sorted out quickly and easily, often at the time they arise with the person concerned, and this may be the approach you try first.
We welcome patient feedback and constructive criticism to tell us what we are doing well and what we can improve.
One way we do this is by sending out an MGOG message asking patients to provide feedback. This can also be done by completing the NHS Friends and Family Test form and returning this to the practice or by sending your comments and suggestions by email
We are also very keen to hear from our young patients and what their thoughts are on our service and so they too can complete their own version Children and Young People's Friends and Family Question form or the parent or carer can complete the Parent or Carer Friends and Family Question for them.
Our team of Managers can help you with any administrative or non-medical aspects of your health & treatment. They are also available to discuss any comments, suggestions or complaints. Our aim is to give you the highest possible standard of service and we try to deal swiftly with any problems that may occur. Please do not hesitate to contact the practice for further details.
