NHS Account and NHS App Support.
A weekly drop-in session is held at our Church Walk site every Wednesday from 9am until 12 noon, no appointment necessary.
This session provides help and support in setting up and using the NHS App and Online Services, especially useful for patients who aren’t confident in using computers or apps.
If you have a driving licence or passport please bring them, along with your phone, tablet or laptop.
Paul and Pauline are our local Digital Inclusion Team and they understand this technology can be daunting. They provide one to one support in a friendly, relaxed way. They can help you set up the NHS app on your device*, verify your identity, and provide help with issues such as resetting your password. They can also advise how to use the key features of the NHS App to enable you to take control of your healthcare, access services at a time to suit you and reduce unnecessary trips to the surgery.
More information on the NHS App and its features is available, along with future plans.
*Registration for the NHS app requires an email address, internet access, a smart phone or tablet, and a valid photo ID (such as a driver’s licence, passport, or citizens card). Users must be 13+.
